It was that time of the year again, Cowes Week, the worlds largest sailing regatta held in the Solent and open to all types and classes of yachts from the screaming Extreme 40's, the awe- inspiring ICAP Leopard down to X boats, SB3's and just about any class of boat ever made.

Peter and Michael Delbridge of Boatshed Hamble spent a couple of days in Cowes, on and off the water to watch the racing, catch up with the guys from the Boatshed Cowes office and meet up with the many friends and customers who were racing.

Even if yacht racing is not your thing it is well worth a visit to Cowes when the regatta is on just for the party atmosphere that takes over the whole town and there is plenty of fun for everybody from live bands, buskers, food stalls and just watching the boats coming and going.

See you there next year.

Peter Delbridge.
