Boatshed.com Business survey Terms and Conditions August 31st 2010

1. To qualify for the prize draw entrants must complete and submit the Boatshed.com survey sent by Boatshed.com on August 31st 2010.

2. Completed surveys received by Boatshed.com by midnight on September 7th 2010 will be entered into the prize draw. No compensation can be made for submitted surveys that have not been received by Boatshed.com.

3. Only one entry per person allowed and each unique e-mail address qualifies as a single entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.

4. All entries must be received by midnight on September 7th 2010.

5. The prize winner will be notified on September 8th 2010. The name and home county of the prize winner will be made available after the closing date to those enclosing a SAE to the draw address in an envelope marked “Boatshed Boatshow Survey”.

6. The prizes consists of two Boatshed VIP tickets to the Southampton boat show giving free entry to the PSP Southampton Boat Show from September 10th to 19th 2010. The winner will be met on arrival at the show and a Boatshed representative will be on hand to assist with planning the winner’s day at the show, providing a free show guide, and inviting the winner to a champagne lunch courtesy of Boatshed.com. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. The draw will be made by an independent person.

8. The winning entry will be the first valid entry drawn at random after the closing time. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, Boatshed.com reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.

9. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by Boatshed.com in printed and/or online formats.

10. The prize is strictly subject to availability and Boatshed.com reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize at any time.

11. The prize must be accepted as offered, is not transferable, refundable and there is no cash alternative.
