Broker's Comments
A rare opportunity to purchase a luxury liveaboard Dutch Barge that has been carefully developed and meticulously maintained inside and out.
Offering both ample living space and accommodation, and thoughtfully designed to offer ensuite facilities to all cabins.
Throughout the interior she has 'merbau' decking which appears to be in excellent condition and really sets the standard of finish throughout the vessel.
The engine was installed in 2008 and has less than 100 hours on the clock. The engine appears to be in excellent condition (please see video).
Internally, the lounge and kitchen diner has been thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is less than a year old.
The forward cabin and aft cabin both have new bathrooms fitted.
Further Notes:
- 6 new leisure batters were fitted this year
- The boiler has been serviced
- The woodburner has been certified
- There is a new gas safety certificate
