Broker's Comments

This Swedish built Crown OE 36 is a beautiful looking yacht designed by Olle Enderlein who went on to become chief designer of Hallberg Rassy. This marque is referred to as "The Queen of the Baltic".

About a decade ago it was sailed from Germany across to the UK and subsequently around it.

The current owner has looked after this boat and invested in uprated electronics, AIS transponder and autopilot.

On the outside the hull looks unmarked and it has a self tacking jib. New sail cover and sprayhood in 2024.

The teak decks appear sound but could do with cleaning off algae in some areas.

The interior looks very attractive making it difficult to believe this is a 40 year old boat. The cooker, scarcely used, was installed in 2018 and the headlining, hatches and upholstery look very smart.

It was built with double glazed saloon windows.

The electric windlass or its battery needs attention as does the calorifier.

If you are looking for a beautiful yacht capable of making long passages then come and view it.
