Broker's Comments

The Cutlass 27 design is based on the Folkboat and they have the same sea-keeping qualities. They are often club raced as this one was; hence the fairly spartan interior. She has been owned by the same owner since 1976.
There a lots of sails some as new as 2006. The 2007 Beta 2- Cylinder engine looks in good order and has been regularly serviced. The exterior of the boat has also been recently repainted, giving a smart finish.
