Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.
This Dockrell 27 was a Boatshow model. She is a practical, traditional sailing yacht. Ideal for a beginner as she has good seakeeping qualities and fine lines. She is ideal for East Coast due to her long keel (with wing shape) which allows her to take the mud too. She will appeal to a down to earth person who wants to sail without breaking the bank.
