Broker's Comments

This is a later build Macwester, a very respected and sea kindly design. Frankly, this lady looks a little jaded at first glance, however, on closer inspection she could be dramatically improved with not a lot of effort and budget. The current Owner has replaced all of the running rigging and is midway through re wiring her but due to other commitments cannot now finish off the refurb.. The hull is nearly forty years old but there appears to be no damage, just general wear and tear, similarly down below she would benefit from cosmetic improvement but appears sound and original. This boats neeeds some money spent but she is by no means a project and could become a very tidy boat with some energy and a moderate budget.
