Broker's Comments

This is a very attractive boat that the current owner, a marine professional, has lavished much time and money on. He's treated the boat for osmosis and the exterior has been painted with high performance acrylic polyurethane paint - and it shows.

The lifting mechanism has been thoroughly overhauled and the windows refurbished. Engine mounts and cutless bearing have been recently replaced.

The Yanmar 1GM engine started readily, as did the 9.9hp Mercury outboard. This latter can be lowered to provide emergency or additional propulsion. The safety conscious owner has provided two tiller pilots plus AIS.

Inside, the boat is very clean and of its era but there are some areas a new owner may wish to personalise, such as curtails and saloon floor covering.

The rudder can be raised or lowered to complement the status of the lifting keel so whether sailing off the coast or creek crawling this boat is equally at home.

A brand new tender is available by negotiation.

This boat comes equipped with a complete spanner set, hand tools, 2 socket sets, a spare set of keel hoist cables and a chain hoist for emergency keel lifting.
