Broker's Comments
If you are looking for an economical bilge keel yacht which sails well, has good accommodation for her size and is in good condition, then this may be the vessel for you.
A recent survey in 2012 found her to be in a sound condition and she has been ashore for most of the past year. With the benefit of a stackpack and lazyjacks and with lines running to the cockpit, she is very easily handled by one person but also provides good sailing for up to four people.
A quick clean and polish, and fresh anti-foul paint appears to be all that you need to do to her before the start of next season.
Available to view ashore for winter storage.
