Broker's Comments

Built by Mike Heywood in 1991 of Steel construction. Very nice interior, but externally needs a little TLC.

Boat Safety Certificate expires Oct 2026

The boat was surveyed in Sept 2014 and was of sound construction.

The boat was also dry-docked and blacked with new anodes fitted in Aug 2021.

A lovely airy, light traditional narrowboat with accommodation for 2+2 (a possible double in the converted sofa-bed in the lounge).

Fitted with a multi-fuel stove and diesel central heating, 12 volts electric with solar panels. Also mains electric hook up. Pretty much all of the appliances will be staying with the boat (kettle, toaster, air-fryer, microwave, etc).

One aft bedroom with a double bed and an additional two-berth sofabed in the lounge.

The midships heads is fitted with a shower, a hand basin, and a cassette toilet.

The Owner will be leaving many appliances on board, including a Sky Glass TV (subscription required), so this is ready to move aboard!

The mooring is also transferable (by separate negotiation).
