Broker's Comments

Boatshed Essex are pleased to be presenting this spacious, two cabin, semi-traditional 58ft Colecraft narrowboat.

This is a tidy and spacious boat with lots of windows, which lets in plenty of natural light.

It has been nicely decorated throughout and each full beam cabin is separated by wooden doors which provides privacy. The double cabin is at the stern of the boat, forward from this is a full width bathroom/heads which has an electric macerator toilet and a corner shower cubicle. From here is the second cabin, which currently has a single high rise sleeper installed, which could be converted to bunks or a single bed, or used as an office space.

Moving foward, the open plan well equipped galley has plenty of worktop space and units port and starboard. The comfortable saloon has a cosy multifuel stove, plenty of seating along one side, with space opposite for a table or more seating.

There is plenty of storage and hanging space throughout this boat and is ideal for living and cruising. The current owner has invested in the boat as detailed and although it is need of a little painting, it would make an ideal crusing or living platform. Currently moored in a lovely area of Essex.

If you would like any further information, or to organise a viewing, please do contact our Boatshed Essex team and we would be pleased to help.
