Broker's Comments

The Parker 690 DC is a classy well-specified powerboat with many ingenious design elements.

This boat is only two years old, with one owner from new and packed with additional features.

The cockpit area can be configured in a number of ways by moving the midships back rests to and fro. The table can be lowered and infills added to give a narrow double berth in addition to the spacious double berth in the forward cabin.

Up to seven guests can be accommodated in the cockpit.

Sunbathing mattresses can be fixed to the fore deck and there is a tailored protective cover to go over them.

The forward cabin has an under berth Jabsco sea toilet (never used).

The helming position gives great visibility and a bow thruster - unusual on a sub 7m boat - add to the manoeuvrability. There is also a dynamic trim tab device that saves manual operation of the port and starboard trim tabs when underway.

There is a neat foldaway cooker complemented by a freshwater tap and a 30L refrigerator under the co-pilot seats.

In addition to the cockpit canopy there is a tonneau cover protecting the cockpit.

At the back, a 225hp Mercury outboard engine can propel the boat to over 40 knots, but this vessel is equally happy pottering along rivers and creeks.

Swim platform, cockpit shower, hose storage, fold back and store facility under rear seats for canopy frames, modern chart plotter, DSC VHF radio, the list goes on.

This could be your chance to acquire and enjoy an almost new Parker with an impressive array of accessories.
