Broker's Comments
This is, in my opinion, the perfect first serious boat for people with sailing knowledge; suitable for Cat B waters, she has previously sailed around The Baltics and Norway we believe.
Fully fitted with navigation and safety aids.
The Nanni 38hp engine looks to me as new - it is so clean and is very quiet and has the power needed in a cruising yacht.
No expense spared on internal accommodation with exceptional bright work and upholstery that looks in excellent condition.
Rigged for shorthand sailing with what appears to be sails and batten cars in very good condition.
Mainsail and furling genoa complimented with wind vane steering gear.
All sail and cockpit covers are made (it seems to me) to a very high quality.
In my opinion just some cosmetic work to the exterior - a great boat for the money.
This boat benefits from a 2023 survey - a few recommendations but we think nothing serious.
